The Enterprise Operation Framework (EOF) Levels 1–3 Foundation Assessment is designed for learners who have completed the first three levels of the EOF learning experience and are ready to demonstrate their understanding of the foundational concepts. This assessment evaluates your ability to recognize enterprise challenges, understand how people, processes, technology, and resources work together, and apply the core principles introduced throughout Levels 1–3. The questions will reinforce the key ideas covered in the training while helping you confirm that you are prepared to continue into the next stage of the Enterprise Operation Framework. Upon successfully completing the assessment, you will earn the EOF Foundation Badge, recognizing your achievement and your understanding of the foundational principles needed to evaluate enterprise operations and identify opportunities for improvement.
